Shipping Address Verification

Shipping Liability

Package Delivery and Security

Return to Sender (RTS) Packages
If a package is returned to us as "Return to Sender" (RTS) due to customer rejection or failure to receive the delivery, we will issue a refund for the items, excluding shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the items are returned to our facility.
